Refund & Return Policy
In the case where you are requesting for a refund after you purchased our products, Flavahub.com will record your request and it will take between 7 to 14 business days in order for us to process and identify IF you are eligible for a refund.
Flavahub.com may deny your request if there is any proof/evidence where you are found to be not eligible for a refund. It is solely on the company to decide whether you will be granted a refund or not.
Kindly noted that we will not reship or reimburse for customs seizure in your country. It is your responsibility to know the laws in your country and locality.
We also do not refund any purchase that cause the flavours itself such as different taste, bad taste and etc.
If you are eligible for a refund, kindly note that it will take between 3 to 5 business days for your request to be fulfilled.
Exchange of products will ONLY valid for damaged item that is caused by the company before shipping the item to you (cracked bottle, broken cap etc). You must provide us with proof (photos) of the damaged product. Exchange is only valid for the same product. Exchange of different product is not allowed.
We will not cover exchange of products for damaged item that happened during the shipping process due to beyond our control. If the customer insists on exchanging due to this reason, the shipping cost that involves in exchange of products will be bear by the customer.
